Job Description:
Lockheed Martin is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in New York City, New York. This Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, and possess strong soft skills such as persuasion and analysis.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live web chat to provide assistance and answer inquiries- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Use critical thinking and analysis to identify customer needs and recommend solutions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Monitor and respond to chat inquiries in a timely manner- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Adaptable and able to work independently as well as part of a team- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Experience with live chat software is a plus
