Job Description:General Electric is seeking a motivated and energetic Web Chat Officer to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for managing and responding to customer inquiries through our online chat platform, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via our web chat platform- Provide support and information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues- Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services- Monitor chat performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Proficiency in written communication- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Driven and energetic personality traits- Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively
