Job Description:
Sherwin-Williams is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Officer in Columbus, Ohio. As a part-time, entry-level position, the Web Chat Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and the ability to work independently while effectively managing time and planning strategically.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through our web chat platform to provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist with orders- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize knowledge of Sherwin-Williams products and services to address customer inquiries and provide solutions- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while multi-tasking and managing incoming chat inquiries- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role- Energetic personality with the ability to work independently- Strong time management and strategic planning skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
