Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Responsibilities:1. Engage with customers in real-time through our web chat platform to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues.2. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience.3. Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on any unresolved inquiries.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
