Las Vegas Sands is seeking a part-time Web Chat Officer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively- Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on customer issues as needed- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and data security- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and systems
Requirements:- Strong adaptability to handle various customer scenarios and challenges- Reliability in meeting performance metrics and expectations- Excellent emotional intelligence to connect with customers and address their concerns effectively- Proficient in people management to handle difficult or escalated customer interactions- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
