Web Chat Manager - Work From Home

Amphenol, a leading global provider of interconnect solutions, is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be work from home, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our web chat platform to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage the web chat platform and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Monitor chat conversations to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and maintain chat scripts and resources for consistent communication- Train and mentor chat agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management or customer service- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat platforms- Experience with CRM systems is a plus- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively
