Job Description:
Micron Technology is seeking a skilled Web Chat Manager to join our team in San Diego, California. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management, you will be responsible for leading the web chat team and ensuring a seamless customer experience on our website.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the web chat team.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat.3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make data-driven decisions.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.5. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.2. Proven experience in web chat management, with a track record of successful customer engagement.3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Proficiency in web chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.6. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.7. Independent and dedicated with strong negotiation and cooperation skills.
