Job Description:
Texas Instruments is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in web chat management and possess a strong work ethic and passion for driving results.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the web chat team- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction through chat interactions- Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to make informed decisions- Train and develop team members to ensure consistent quality and efficiency- Collaborate with other departments to optimize chat processes and workflows- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in web chat management- Strong project management skills- Excellent people management abilities- Hardworking and passionate attitude towards work- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
