Job Description:
Affirm is seeking a reliable and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team and work from home in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat communication.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently through web chat- Assist customers with product information, orders, and account management- Utilize persuasive communication skills to guide customers towards a positive resolution- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements:- 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Strong persuasion skills to influence customer behavior- Reliable and resourceful mindset to handle diverse customer inquiries- Must have a reliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environment- High school diploma or equivalent
