Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. This is a remote work opportunity based in Los Angeles, California. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance via web chat, ensuring a positive customer experience and representing our company in a professional and friendly manner.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via web chat in a timely manner- Providing product information and assistance with online orders- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhering to company policies and procedures- Continuously improving knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Strong written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with grace- Independent worker who can work effectively in a remote environment- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers- Basic project management skills- High school diploma or equivalent
