Web Chat Associate - Remote Work

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention- Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs effectively- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills in written interactions with customers- Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Resourceful and motivated to provide excellent customer service- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and customer service software- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
