Web Chat Associate

Job Description:General Dynamics is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar position and possess a confident and adaptable personality. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be responsible for strategic planning to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our online chat system, as well as innovating new solutions to better serve our customers.

Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our online chat system- Innovate new solutions to enhance the customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback- Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures for online chat support

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role - Confident and adaptable personality - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and innovation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using online chat software and other relevant tools
