Job Description:
Magic Leap is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Web Chat Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, and possesses strong research and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities:- Assist customers through web chat by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to log and track customer interactions, gather feedback, and identify trends to improve customer service.- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions and effectively communicate this information to customers.- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.- High school diploma or equivalent required.
