Job Description:
Travelers Cos. is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Associate to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner- Utilize knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate information to customers- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company database- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat customer service- Serve as a subject matter expert for web chat operations and processes- Provide feedback to management on process improvements and customer insights- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times- Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company
Requirements:- Independent and adaptable personality traits- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills- Excellent written communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service tools- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a web chat setting- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
