Job Description:
Duke Energy is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a part-time, work from home position located in Seattle, Washington, US. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions with clients and potential clients.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through web chat- Provide accurate information about products and services offered by Duke Energy- Assist customers with navigating the company website and online account management- Escalate any technical issues or complex inquiries to the appropriate department- Identify opportunities for improvement in the web chat process and provide feedback to the team- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements:- Associate level seniority with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Independent and driven personality traits- Strong project management skills- Ability to think creatively and innovate solutions- Excellent written communication skills- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and online customer service tools- High-speed internet and a quiet workspace for remote work- Must reside in Seattle, Washington, US
