Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at GitLab. This is a part-time, remote work position based in San Francisco, California, US. As an Associate Level Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.2. Assist customers with any technical issues they may encounter while using our website or products.3. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.4. Monitor and engage with website visitors through the chat platform to increase customer engagement.5. Document and report any customer feedback or recurring issues to the relevant departments for further improvement.

Requirements:1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and resourceful personality traits.3. Strong planning and adaptability soft skills.4. Proficient in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills.5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
