We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Web Chat Assistant to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Columbus, Ohio, US. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers through online chat services, providing them with information about our products and services, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through web chat to answer questions and provide assistance- Provide information on insurance products, policy details, and pricing- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service strategies and processes- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions- Passionate about providing excellent customer service- Creative problem solver with a persuasive communication style- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Technical proficiency with web chat software and basic computer skills
