Job Description:
We are looking for a Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Kabbage, a leading fintech company, in a remote work position based in Chicago, Illinois. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will possess the personality traits of resilience and dedication, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities:- Provide customer support through web chat, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our online platform- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and escalate complex issues as needed- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to improve our service offerings- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong written communication skills and proficiency in typing- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Familiarity with CRM software and web chat platforms is a plus
