Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and confident Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Boston Scientific in Fort Worth, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for assisting customers through web chat to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support- Address customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Utilize a knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Leadership and planning skills- Confident and reliable personality traits- Proficiency with web chat platforms and other customer service tools
