Job Description:

Univar is seeking a motivated and reliable Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Provide customer support via web chat, assisting with inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.2. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.4. Utilize time management skills to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of integrity.6. Document and track customer interactions for future reference.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills.4. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.5. Demonstrated ability to remain resilient under pressure.6. Vision insurance, Profit sharing, Paid overtime.7.
