DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement comprehensive wealth management strategies tailored to individual client needs and financial goals with thorough financial assessments.

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized financial guidance.

Proactively identify opportunities to optimize clients' financial positions and mitigate risk.

Stay informed about market trends, economic develops, and regulatory changes

Collaborate with internal teams, including external partners, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.

Actively prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach efforts.

Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in financial services or related field.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on wealth management and financial planning.

Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required.

Proven ability to build and manage a successful book of business, demonstrating strong client retention and revenue growth.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and client acquisition.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Established network within the local community a plus.
