Job Summary:Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is seeking a reliable and compassionate PRN In Home Caregiver to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals in Wausau, Wisconsin. This is a part-time, hourly healthcare/medical job that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the In-Home Care Coordinator.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is $15 to $20 per hour, paid semi-monthly. As a PRN employee, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our retirement plan and receive paid time off. In addition, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role as a caregiver.Responsibilities:Provide in-home assistance and support to clients in Wausau, WI, as directed by the In-Home Care CoordinatorAssist with tasks such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication remindersMonitor and report any changes in client's condition or needs, and communicate with the care team as necessaryMaintain confidentiality and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all timesMaintain accurate and timely documentation of care providedComply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in home care or a related fieldValid driver's license and reliable transportationMust pass a background check and drug screeningExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysCPR and First Aid certification preferredEEOC Statement:Village Caregiving - Eau Claire is an equal opportunity employer.
