Job summary
AECOM is seeking a Municipal Water/Wastewater Project Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico.The Project Manager will support and lead water and wastewater projects primarily in New Mexico.Responsibilities include technical oversight, identifying business opportunities, and project management.

Responsibilities
• Technical oversight of design staff and team members for water and wastewater projects.• Identifying new business opportunities for the company and participating in project presentations.• Coordinating and participating in contract negotiations and drafting professional service agreements.• Directing project teams and ensuring compliance with contract terms.• Preparation of project work plans, budgets, and schedules.• Supervising technical professionals and design staff.• Monitoring and reporting financial status of projects.• Performing other necessary duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related discipline.• Eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.• Professional Engineering (PE) license in New Mexico or ability to obtain one within 6 months.• Experience working on municipal projects is preferred.• Familiarity with programs such as ArcGIS, AutoCAD, REVIT, MicroStation, SWMM, and WaterCAD.• Proven interpersonal skills, client interaction, and public speaking abilities.• Strong project financial management and ability to lead diverse teams.
