Water Technician - Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with property remediation and mitigation skills, and the ability to complete all steps needed with little oversight. Our ideal candidate will have a professional attitude and a desire to restore people's lives who have suffered an unforeseen disaster. In this role, you will: Responsible for responding to Emergency Services - Water Damage, Fire & Board-ups. Complete water mapping, set containments, complete demo, and photographs. Have the ability to enter completed work & photos into software such as Xactimate & Symbility. Work effectively and efficiently with other team members. Ensure proper communication between clients and in-house staff. Perform other duties as directed by the direct manager. Qualifications: 3+ years of Property Remediation & Mitigation Processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, mentor, and bring a diverse group of people together to work effectively. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one, small, or large group situations to customers, homeowners, and employees in the organization. IICRC active certificates are preferred. Compensation/Benefits: Hourly Rate of $17.00 - $24.00 - D.O.E with incentive components. 100% Company Paid - Vision/Dental. Simple IRA with Company 3% matching. Cell phone service and computers are provided by the company. Bi-lingual - Spanish is a plus. Paid Time Off. Pre-employment requirements: Applications and new hires are subject to drug testing, and background checks, including references and a history of criminal convictions and DUIs. Must have a valid driver's license with a clear record in the last 5 years.
