What the job looks like - Key Responsibilities: Coordinate water restoration projects from start to finish Help field crew to assess damage and develop restoration plans Work closely with customers and team members to ensure quality service Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Verify complete information is documented in all necessary locations, keeping all vested partied updated Act as a liaison between the client, our crew, and other interested parties What we require of you – Must haves: Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screening. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
