Responsibilities
• Receive and assist customers with windows and warranty claims• Clarify claims with customers as required• Maintain contact and claim information in CRM• Schedule activities for specialists and sub-contractors• Host product standard and compliance discussions with customers and homeowners• Monitor performance on assigned claims to increase customer satisfaction• Administer service reimbursements on assigned claims• Research and identify root cause for long-term solutions• Participate in discussions with Operations, Quality, IT, and Sales• Prepare communications to management
Requirements
• HS Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred• 5 years experience in customer service, scheduling, warranty, and claims processing• Experience working successfully with cross functional teams• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively• Experience working in a fast-paced environment• Ability to work with all customers and maintain a calm and professional demeanor• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret product manuals, drawings, and SOPs• Ability to analyze a situation and determine root cause• Effective oral and written communication skills• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word• Strong analytical and leadership skills• Knowledge of building materials or construction background is a plus
