We are looking for an independent, highly motivated, and safety-oriented candidate to join us as a Warehouse Technician. The is position provides warehouse services that ensure high quality supply, storage and distribution of goods in support of Company business activities. A strong focus on customer service while supporting the day-to-day needs of operational activities from the warehouse area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Complete weekly requisitions to ensure product min/max levels are met for warehouse stock Maintain inventory by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly physical counts; reconciling variances and inputting data Ensure accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation Receive and label incoming material and route to appropriate area or personnel Sort and place items on racks and shelves Create item numbers in system as requested by refinery personnel Assist in daily warehouse receiving, shipping, staging and safety procedures Provide customer service with refinery personnel, vendors, delivery drivers, and other who enter the warehouse Provide proper housekeeping of the warehouse, pole barns, chemicals, docks, and parking lots Operate forklift to load and unload delivery/shipping trucks Education and Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of working experience in a warehouse environment (preferred) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to deliver exceptional customer service Being a team player with the ability to work independently in an efficient and effective manner About Big West Oil LLC.: Owned and operated by FJ Management, Big West Oil believes employees are the foundation of success.
