Royal Corporation is a premier distributor of Janitorial/Sanitary Supplies and disposable foodservice supplies servicing customers nationwide with distribution centers in So Cal, No Cal, WI, FL and TX. We are seeking an experienced, highly self-motivated, dedicated and dependable individual to manage our New Berlin, WI (35,000 sq.ft) warehouse operations in a fast-paced wireless warehouse management system environment. Scheduled hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 Pm oversee all aspects of shipping, receiving and storage functions and working closely with our carriers partners. accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, training, coaching, disciplining employees, enforcing policies and procedures, communicating job expectations for a team of 5-6 employees. achieve operational objectives by contributing, reviewing, executing action plans and resolving problems. working closely with management and personnel at the corporate office maintain control of inventory and equipment maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with company policies and legal regulations. responsible for the security of property 4 or more years of managing a warehouse team with proven leadership preferred. hands-on experience in warehouse distribution using Wireless Warehouse system. exposure to all key facets of distribution operation is required. good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP software, P21 a plus experience with forklift, stock picker, pallet jack & other warehouse equipment a plus problem solver with a 'can do' attitude. strong verbal and written communication skills ability to multi-task with competing priorities and handle deadline-oriented tasks This position offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits program.
