Position: Warehouse Specialist (Ship/Receive)

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 10am - 6:30pm
Due to rapid growth in the fourth quarter of 2023, which has continued into 2024 and beyond, we have an immediate opportunity for a Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our Warehouse Team. This team member will handle a variety of tasks, encompassing all warehouse functions, in a fast-paced and schedule-driven environment.
Essential Duties:
* Check materials received against vendor invoices and orders.
* Receive and prepare incoming material for input into inventory.
* Verify the quantity and condition of materials.
* Maintain inventory count and resolve discrepancies.
* Deliver material to work centers.
* Compare and verify identifying information (counts, weights) against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
* Deliver finished goods to customer sites via delivery truck.
* Operate tier-lift trucks or use hand trucks to move, convey, or hoist shipments from the shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work areas.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
Education/Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and an ERP/MRP computer system.
* Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
* Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to identify problems, develop and evaluate options, and recommend solutions.
