Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full Time Permanent Compensation: Commensurate with Experience About the Company: Our client is a large recognized leader in event/exhibit marketing and design industry. They have been successfully operating for over 25 years and have worked with many fortune 500 clients such as GSK, Johnson & Johnson, Rogers, Boehringer Ingelheim, RBC and many more.
They are seeking to add a Warehouse Manager to their dynamic team.
Responsibilities: Assist in opening and closing the shop on a daily basisManage all warehouse and tradeshow display technician staff's time managementEnforce and maintain companies policies and proceduresEnsure that the duties that have been assigned to your direct reports have been completed on a daily basisAssist in training any new staffCommunicate effectively between Fulfillment department, Project Management department, Design department and Estimating departmentOversee projects from conception to delivery, including but not limited to, conception/design, construction, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving and inventory managementDeliver and pick-up exhibit/marketing itemsShipping and receiving dutiesInstall and dismantle tradeshow booths by utilizing carpenter hand and power toolsDrive trucks up to 26' in length to assist in delivery of materialsOther duties as assignedRequirements: Must have prior experience in a leadership role in a warehouse settingPrior experience in the event marketing industry is considered a strong assetMust possess a valid driver's license with a clean abstractPrior experience operating large trucks is considered an assetPrior experience utilizing hand and power toolsStrong time management and communication skillsMust be comfortable with out of town travel as required
