Responsibilities
• Schedule raw material and supplies orders• Monitor and control inventory integrity• Schedule spare parts orders• Plan and manage shipment of finished products• Establish and maintain inventory management system• Develop quality control and traceability systems• Manage hiring, training, and supervision of warehouse staff• Ensure traceability of finished product• Manage ERP management system• Perform periodic maintenance of ERP system• Plan activities and optimize warehouse management• Manage warehouse budget• Prepare inventories of production and warehouse areas• Monitor and organize consumable items• Manage and maintain warehouse equipment• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation
Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of warehouse experience• Experience in IT systems and ERP• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and procedures• Forklift knowledge and experience• Experience in logistics management• Ability to work cross-functionally• Effective interpersonal and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Detail-oriented with time and project management skills• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills• Ability to travel and possess a valid passport• Bachelor's degree preferred• Previous leadership experience in manufacturing/distribution warehouse preferred• Physical abilities: Noise exposure, repetitive motions, standing, lifting, walking, outdoor exposure
