He/She leads the shopfloor teams. He/She ensures that production lines are delivered on time, customer shipments are done on time and within expected cost performanceYou'll work on challenges that matter!This job will require you to:Control logistics processes: (yard/exteriors management, receiving, deliver to lines, bookings, TPA preparation, alert management, follow up the following the unloading, receipt and transportation of pieces) with strong relationship with material planners and master schedulers.Ensure full inventory accuract through proper analysis in case of deviance.Ensure internal customer satisfaction: supervise day to day warehousing activities, anticipate resources on line with customer requirements (PIC/PDP) and manage impact of launch of new programs within the warehouse.Improve logistics performance: surface optimization, labor efficiency, handling utiliziation, HSE, alert management with strong support from PC&L improvement function as well as other plant functions (Quality, FES, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, Production…)Lead the warehouse logistics team and set objectives, ensure adequate staffing, training and development of team members.Administer Company protocols and processes according to the principles set out in Faurecia's Code of Management and Code of Ethics.Minimum Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have the following education/experience:Minimum education level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a preferred specialization in Production or Logistics.At least 5 years of production experience in an industrial environment.1-3 years of team management is a plus.Operation knowledge of Production & Logistics methods (5S, Kanban, JNI stock segmentation, QRCI, alert system, Hoshin…)Operational knowledge of Plant's ERP system (FCS is a plus)Team PlayerStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOperational level of EnglishManagement Leadership CompetenciesThe ideal candidate will have the ability to:Lead ChangeCultivate InnovationManage AmbiguityDrive PerformanceManage ComplexityCustomer FocusDrive ResultsOptimize Work ProcessesBeing ResilientDevelop PeopleLearning AgilityPolitical SavvyDemonstrates Self-AwarenessDevelops PeopleFoster CollaborationCollaborates with OthersInstills TrustBuilds Effective and Diverse TeamsForvia Faurecia is anequal opportunity employer.
