Details of the offer

Key Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with Company and plant safety policies and procedures.
Completes all annual training as required.
Wears required personal protective equipment (PPE) during the entire shift, to include: safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear, etc.
Addresses employee disciplinary issues with the assistance of the production supervisor/manager or human resources.
Work as a leader and member of a team, not only in the manufacturing department, but in the company as a whole.
Develop good working rapport with all personnel and maintain good communication within the team.
Mentor all employees within shift.
Work closely with production supervisor/manager to ensure production orders are completed on time and that required shop floor information and equipment (work instructions, drawings, tooling) are available to meet schedule.
Provide consistent accurate updates to production supervisor/manager, and production planner on issues like productivity, scheduling, or any issue that requires assistance.
Will be held accountable on critical deadlines, quality issues, scrap rates, efficiencies, and all other significant information in verbal or written format.
Understand Quality System requirements. Be able to add to and improve on ISO 9001 documents in order to continuously improve quality, environment and health and safety.
Must be active on the shop floor, performing audits on extrusion paperwork and reviewing procedures with shop personnel. Review training monthly and advise personnel.
Understand not only extrusion paperwork, but all aspects of paper flow inside Pexco.
Take assignments and work in an efficient manner, striving to complete requirements in allotted time.
Track attendance and report any problems to production supervisor/manager and human resources.
Understand and teach die book reading and be capable of verify parts to product drawings.
