Warehouse Coordinator

Flagger Force, an industry leader in traffic control, is currently hiring a Warehouse Coordinator. This position will work out of our Morrisville, North Carolina location and will support our Eastern, North Carolina market.TheWarehouse Coordinatorisprimarily responsible for the inventory, storage, and distribution of warehouse equipment and supplies while acting in accordance with company values, vision, and mission.Primary Responsibilities:Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all warehouse equipment and suppliesAttend to all service, maintenance, supply, and parts requests in a timely mannerPromptly complete all documentation associated with service, maintenance, supplies, and partsComplete daily paperwork and file electronicallyReview shipping and receiving orders for accuracyPrep, clean, and detail fleet vehicles to company standards in a timely mannerConduct general facility maintenance as requiredPerform repair work on vehicles and equipment as neededComply with all fleet and equipment policies and procedures, including but not limited to purchasing, spending limits, work orders, and repair authorizationsAssist other fleet and warehouse employees as neededEscalate, if need be, any issues or problems to warehouse supervisor promptlyReturn all warehouse materials to their normal position at the end of each shiftWhat Flagger Force Offers:Medical, vision and dental insurance401k w/company matchGenerous paid time offPaid holidaysHealth savings accountCompany paid benefits (long term disability and basic life/AD&D)Employee assistance programTuition and education assistanceEmployee appreciation eventsGiving back to the communities we serve through paid volunteer time offProfessional development opportunities
