The Warehouse Associate coordinates the daily warehousing activities, helps develop and ensure efficient processes, and maximizes warehouse productivity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Organize and maintain the warehouse; identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices Oversee the planned maintenance equipment Oversee the planned maintenance detail for buildings and grounds Monitor on-site dumpsters and waste manifests Perform routine checks on machinery and equipment including generators, HEPA vacs, switches for AFDs, etc. Load and unload trucks for jobs Oversee the fleet maintenance Schedule, deliver and pick up box trucks, passenger van and cargo van for routine maintenance and repairs Regularly review supplies on hand and order as needed Control inventory levels by conducting weekly physical counts Organize and maintain inventory and storage area Checking orders, packing slips, items received, inventory and deliveries for accuracy Ensure safe and effective use of warehouse equipment Additional duties and support as required Education and Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse High school diploma/GED required The ability to successfully operate machinery safely according to company protocol Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Hands-on commitment to getting the job done Strong organizational and time management skills Vast working knowledge of warehouse operations Calm demeanor and level head for troubleshooting and handling a variety of issues as they arise Excellent organization skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks / projects Problem solving skills Efficient in Microsoft Office Must have a clean driving record Physical Activities and Environment:

POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 6 AM - 3 PM, with an hour lunch. PAY AND BENEFITS
