The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing warehouse and delivery operations. The Warehouse Associate acts as leader by keeping the Assistant and Store Manager partnered in on challenges and opportunities. They represent the Company Vision, Values and Brand in the warehouse. Here is a summary of some of the functions you the Warehouse Associate will perform: Ensure that our customers receive their furniture in perfect working conditionUnpack trailer merchandise and store merchandise Assist with scanning as neededPrep daily pick-up merchandise and next days deliveriesAssist with staging furniture for customersAssist Warehouse Leader with Quality AssurancePerform Stain safe applicationsPull merchandise from stock and stage it for deliveryPartner with HFC(inside sales) to resolve delivery issuesMiscellaneous duties as assignedThe Ideal Candidate will have, among other skills and abilities: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMust be willing to submit to physical capability testAbility to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memosAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organizationAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsFollow safety guidelinesIf you are selected for an interview, a formal job description is available and your interviewer can also answer any questions you may have about what your role in our organization would be!

What your day will look like: ·Responsible for the overall presentation of the showroom
·Executes floor set changes including new and discontinued items
·Managers inventory to discourage overages and shortages
·Assists in fostering an energetic and positive working environment
·Listens to the customers' needs and presents possible options
