Job Summary:
Join our team as a Warehouse Agent at our Spokane facility and become part of a dynamic work environment committed to safety and efficiency. This role involves critical tasks such as loading and unloading materials using a forklift, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and accurately managing inventory discrepancies against shipping manifests. Essential Functions: Use manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers in loading and unloading trucks. Handle materials which may include picking, packing, scanning, kitting (as applicable), and counting products. Ensure timely and accurate completion of packaging and systems work. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Comply with all TSA and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment. Perform additional duties as assigned. Skills/Competencies: Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and using banding/shrink wrap materials. Experienced in using RF scan guns. Ability to read and comprehend detailed work instructions in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork capabilities and the ability to work well with others. Basic Microsoft Office and data entry skills preferred. High attention to detail. Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs unassisted. Experience: At least one year of experience in a warehouse setting. Verifiable experience operating reach trucks and sit-down counterbalance forklifts. Physical Requirements: Must wear steel-toed boots/safety shoes. Capable of standing and walking for extended periods. Frequently required to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift objects above the head. Regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds. Frequent use of pallet jacks and forklifts. Why Join Us?
