Collaboration and Guidance: Work closely with the Sales VP for the Federal Sector to develop effective go-to-market strategies and initiatives for sustainable growth.
Technical Expertise: Offer high-level technical advice to our customers, partners, and sales team, enhancing our solutions' value and impact.
Partnerships Management: Lead the technical and strategic aspects of OEM partner selection, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring our team meets essential technical certifications.
Regulatory Insight: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of government regulations, crafting solutions that meet these critical needs.
Outreach and Advocacy: Represent our company at industry events, showcasing our expertise, solutions, and thought leadership.
Process Optimization: Continuously refine sales engineering processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Fiscal Oversight: Manage the budgeting, spending, and reporting for the sales engineering team, ensuring financial health and accountability.
