Aegis Living has expansion plans to double in size within the next 10 years! We have 36 Communities across WA, CA and NV and 7+ in development in the Greater Seattle & Northern California areas. In turn, we are in search for a Regional Sales Director ( WA Region) who can guide sales in our communities with skill, finesse, and pride. We offer luxury Assisted Living and memory care in communities that are designed to celebrate life and provide loving care for our residents. The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is an integral member of the management team, contributing sales and community marketing expertise. He/she will have dotted line accountability of Marketing Directors (MD) within the region to build, train and motivate the MD Team to successfully build sales and marketing skillset.
Build strong GM and Ops partnerships to help set MD up for success; resolve community level sales issues brought forth in partnership with Ops Drive improvement in regional sales KPIs through improving performance of the MDs success metrics and KPIs Evaluate and coach MDs as part of talent development, defining clear performance plans and developmental plans for each through collaboration with General Managers Work with MDs to monitor the competition and become the community AL expert. Work closely with MDs to deliver on sales conversion targets, drive monthly census goals, effectively use CRM, and deliver market rate or above rent revenue. Facilitate initial leads for Communities in the pre-opening phase prior to the assignment of a Marketing Director Schedule regular site visits to communities to ensure consistency in sales best practices, sales metrics, and goals. Applies and trains on the sales process consistent with Aegis philosophy that includes respectful, servant leadership with the residents and team. Effectively works within the scope of practice per state regulations and professional standards. Maintains Regional Sales Director budget and records all expenses. Assist with on-boarding new MDs, General Managers, and Directors of Operations. Guide Mentors and new hires. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a regional sales team in a service-oriented organization. Experience in staff member relations including training and development. Demonstrated organization and administrative expertise to include the ability to use Microsoft Office suite programs, CRM and software Must meet all health requirements, including acceptable state requirements results on TB screen and criminal background check. Must be a minimum age of 18 years old. USD $160,000.00/Yr.
