Carolina Family Estate Planning is looking for a VP of Operations to help keep our small law firm on track toward our 3-year vision and beyond. With 25 employees and revenue approaching the mid 7 figures, this role requires versatility. We need someone to help develop our managers and leaders; to up-level our recruiting and retention, among other, systems; to look at where we are and help us design the strategy to get us where we want to be; and to help steer our small ship as it grows.

Work Schedule
Position Type: Full-Time
Location: Office-based in Cary, NC
Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with the flexibility needed to meet the firm's strategic goals.

Can you help propel our vision?
Can you be our rocket fuel? As VP of Operations, you'll be constantly evaluating our progress, our team, and our processes against the owners' vision. As the owners' co-strategist, you'll help us predict the future, and then you'll implement the plans to make it happen. It's already too big to do it all yourself, so we're looking for someone who can help build our team and grow people who can help you, help us all. You'll need to assess and tell team members and vendors with candor where they stand and how they can best contribute to the company's goals. That means you'll also need to be a KPI expert and a process optimizer.
