Our VP of Marketing – Strategic Communications and Measurement is accountable for: Deploying our public relations programs that reinforce Kelly's message, support new business launches and global expansion, and strengthen our community relations
Optimizing the customer journey, working closely with Kelly's Talent Insights and Experience team to leverage analytics and insights to inform contemporary strategies
Leading the strategy evolution of a master brand messaging framework, translating into compelling storytelling, award-winning advertising, and effective social campaigns
*Essential Skills: ?* Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the marketing and communications team, set clear goals, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
Strategic aptitude to develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively influence and convey the company's messaging to internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and the media
Collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing and communication efforts with overall business objectives
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new and contemporary marketing and communication initiatives that differentiate Kelly in the market and drive business growth
Minimum 15 years of strategic leadership experience in a corporate Marketing, Public Relations and / or Communications function, responsible for directing teams and organizations on strategic brand management; communications; and performance marketing including market insight and data analysis
