We're seeking someone with over a decade of experience in marketing, preferably within sports, health, or wellness sectors. Your expertise should span across multiple domains including demand generation, referral/ambassador marketing, marketing technology, email marketing, paid social search, content marketing, and event marketing.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Over a decade of marketing experience in either B2B or B2C settings.
Experience contributing to the growth of early-stage startups.
Proficiency in demand generation, referral/ambassador marketing, marketing technology, email marketing, paid social search, content marketing, and event marketing.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate ambiguity.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Curiosity and passion for health and fitness.
Reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN or Boston, MA areas.
