About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Development & Program/Project Management to spearhead our efforts in cultivating new opportunities and managing key projects. This role is pivotal in driving our revenue growth and ensuring the strategic alignment of our capabilities with market demands.
Your Impact:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities with both new and existing clients, contributing to our revenue and margin growth.
Represent our company with professionalism and enthusiasm during client interactions, whether on-site or off-site, taking the lead in nurturing initial business relationships.
Organize and lead internal meetings to review business development strategies, order book status, and forecasting, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Keep a pulse on market trends, target markets sales strategies, and customer satisfaction to inform and optimize our sales and marketing efforts.
Develop strategies for customer retention and growth, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Program/Project Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for specific clients, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
Lead key program and project launches, overseeing all aspects to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure pricing adjustments and project costs are managed effectively, maintaining our competitive edge and profitability.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Over 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related area, with a track record of success.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
A proactive, team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
Willingness to travel domestically as required to meet business needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
