Job Title: VP of Business Development
Location and Work Type: This is a hybrid on site/remote position. The onsite portion would be conducted in Vienna, VA
Description: A minimum of 20 years business development experience in the intelligence community with proven performance in strategy development, managing a team of employees, consultants and SMEs resulting in significant year-over-year bookings growth and proposal submissions/awards.
Identify, develop and maintain Business Development processes and people establishing a refined and repeatable bid and proposal infrastructure.
Establish mid-term (1 to 3 years) operational plans in support of the organizational business strategy.
Responsible for the development new business opportunities and assist in organic growth opportunities focused on penetrating the intelligence community at multiple levels to drive revenue.
Develop and maintain a reusable catalog of company capabilities that will be used in marketing, customer engagements and proposals.
Identify growth opportunities within customer market. Apply subject matter operational expertise and knowledge of company capabilities to analyze customer requirements and needs toward developing discriminating solutions that address their current or emerging problems, near-term requirements and emerging future requirements. Educates key customers/stakeholders and advocates for requirements that demonstrate relevant Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and solutions that address customers' needs while best positioning the company's approach for obtaining new contracts.
Develop and maintain a minimum five-year pipeline of opportunities in line with the business goals.
Accountable for development and maintenance of the entire business development lifecycle from identification though award.
Meet with senior level leaders at small, mid, and large businesses to discuss strategic partnerships and teaming agreements across several contracts.
Participate in color team reviews and proposal development to refine approaches to score favorably on technical evaluations.

Malware reverse engineering is the practice of analyzing, oftentimes extremely advanced, malicious code. The goal of a reverse engineer is to understand how the malicious code works and determine facts such as: how did it infect the victim's computer, what kind of information it is seeking to steal, how is it communicating with the author (actor), and who that actor might be working for.
