Role Overview:
As part of our dynamic Sales Division, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Reporting directly to our EVP of Sales, you'll spearhead efforts to expand our client base and contribute to our ambitious growth targets. We're seeking a passionate individual with a proven track record in sales, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering integrity.
Responsibilities:
Individual Sales Contributions (90%)
Build and nurture relationships to generate sales leads and meet or exceed monthly KPIs and quarterly goals.
Qualify marketing leads and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
Utilize multi-channel outreach strategies to identify and engage with ideal prospects.
Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, overcoming objections with a consultative approach.
Foster relationships with BPO partners to drive business growth.
Serve as a subject matter expert on call center services and industries.
Manage customer expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Process Improvements and Collaboration (10%)
Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies during weekly meetings.
Provide feedback to enhance marketing efforts and partner programs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Assist in testing CRM enhancements and contribute to process documentation.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements based on industry feedback.
Requirements:
Experience & Competencies
5+ years of sales experience in the BPO or Call Center outsourcing industry.
Proven track record in prospecting and new business development.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as Zoho or Salesforce.
Strong LinkedIn presence with a large network of industry connections.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field; MBA preferred.
Technical Experience
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and cloud-based software.
Familiarity with Mac OS platforms and conference calling.
