We're on the lookout for a Vice President of Benefits to join our National Accounts Services team, playing a pivotal role in steering and executing our service strategy within the Benefits division. This position is crucial for fostering leadership excellence and ensuring the smooth operation and development of our MyLife Advisor organization. Our ideal candidate will spearhead strategies aimed at cultivating a robust portfolio within our global framework, with a keen focus on enhancing client and associate contentment, seamless service delivery, and program innovation, all while driving client retention and expansion.
As the Vice President of Benefits, you'll collaborate closely with partners both within and outside our organization to propel growth and strategic ventures within the National Accounts Services Benefits arena, always ensuring these efforts are in sync with our HCM Service Model. You'll take charge of both financial and service objectives, including net operating income, revenue, and client satisfaction metrics. Your role is fundamental in fostering accountability across the board, with the ultimate goal of uplifting the client service experience and ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the NAS Benefits sector, thereby bolstering client retention and expansion.
You'll oversee a significant portfolio, directly managing around $140 million in revenue and approximately 460 associates, along with an additional 250 indirect team members.
