Responsibilities
• Coordinate schedules for volunteers in a variety of roles, including Grief Resource Center, Hospice program, and Meals on Wheels• Vet incoming volunteers and assist in the orientation process• Manage day-to-day clerical functions of the Volunteer Department• Support and assist the Volunteer Manager in creatively recruiting and retaining a diverse volunteer team
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's preferred• 1-2 years volunteer coordination and/or PR/office experience preferred• Strong familiarity with MS Office• Excellent communication skills• Current/Valid WI Driver's License; plus reliable/insured vehicle
