The Volunteer Project Coordinator will help plan and coordinate group volunteer projects and be the primary steward of volunteers in our warehouse project rooms, ensuring the most positive and safe experience possible. This position requires an outgoing person that thrives in a fast-paced, team centric environment. Through volunteer interactions, The Volunteer Project Coordinator will look to advance the departmental priorities of a safe and inclusive experience, sustained engagement, connection to our mission, education, and equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Lived experience with the impacts of systemic racism or marginalization is preferred.

Hours will primarily be Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
1-2 days per month will require an altered schedule of 11:30 - 8:00 to run evening shifts during the summer.
Occasional Saturday coverage will be required.
