Responsibilities
• Rollout and follow-up of VOC/NPS surveys• Coordinate pre-rollout process of customer data into VOC/NPS program• Maintain data integrity and reporting consistency• Compile monthly scorecards leveraging insights from VOC tools• Lead regional training on VOC/NPS tools• Act as first point of contact for VOC/NPS tool troubleshooting• Support ad hoc requests for customer surveys across APN
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, ideally in business or marketing• 1-3 years of experience in customer-oriented commercial or cross-functional roles• Experience with VOC data collection tools like NPS, Medallia, and Salesforce• Proven execution skills and project management experience• Strong ability to collaborate and problem solve• Relevant experience in Agriculture preferred
