Mission for our Visual Designer;Establish a world-class brand image for Anyscale through visual design on marketing and product fronts.ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop a cohesive visual identity for AnyscaleHands-on creation of assets to enhance Anyscale's visual presence across all touchpoints, such as branding, posters, presentations, web page designs, illustrations, and infographicsWork directly with the leadership team and senior stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and achieve buy-in for visual design strategiesCollaborate closely with the product design team to apply the established visual design framework to the user interface, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experienceQualificationsBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in visual design, branding, and marketing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past workStrong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designsProficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or similar toolsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadersAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product designers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate design visions into functional and visually compelling solutionsNice-to-Have Qualifications Experience designing for developer-facing/technical products, SaaS, or cloud productsExperience with designing videos and animationsExperience working in a fast-paced startup environmentKnowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfacesCompensationAt Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $154,560-$185,526.
